Does this mean I have been hacked?

I've never used Microsoft Teams but just downloaded my chat history and conversations data and there is 360 pages of conversations about crypto and various stock market talk. There appears to be many people in the chats and I am not very computer savvy so I'm wondering how this has happened. I have security on my laptop which is only a few months old. I can clearly see the name of the platform being used and the names of the people in the conversations (alias's I assume). I would like some assistance to secure my laptop and block any further interceptions if this is what's happening. I didn't even install Teams as I was already paranoid about the possibility of remote users hacking my account. This is causing me anxiety!

Your computer was not hacked, but apparently, you have in the past received several invitations to join these spam groups. As far as I remember, this was happening when Skype was still active, but these groups might have been migrated to Teams.

If you install Teams, and see these groups, you can then delete these groups.
