Hi,
Please check if you have another user account on your PC. Please go to the link below
https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows/Security/Identity-Signin/manage-user-accounts-in-windows
If you do not have any other account and you are on your Main user account, please check whether you can perform a system restore to the point before the issue.
- To open System Restore, you can:
- Open the Control Panel, go to Recovery, and select Open System Restore.
- Press Windows + R, type rstrui.exe, and hit Enter.
- In the Restore system files and settings window, choose Next.
- Pick the restore point you want from the list. If it’s not visible, check Show more restore points to expand the options.
- You can also run Scan for affected programs to see which apps or drivers will be impacted.
- Once you’ve selected the right restore point, click Next, then Finish.
- Windows will automatically restart after the restoration is complete. Please note that the restoration process can take some time, particularly if your computer has large applications installed or a significant number of files stored.

Please let me know how it goes. I look forward to your response.
