I hope I haven't ruined my laptop! Windows told me I needed to do a clean install. So I downloaded Windows onto a brand new USB 3.0 and attempted to install it. My computer said I couldn't install it on any of the 5 partitions so I asked the internet what to do and it said to delete the partitions so they were all one...I did that and it seemed to work because it acted like it was installing Windows and asked me my language etc. I walked away and when I came back it was stuck, and still is stuck, in the Bios EZ...it recognizes my usb but won't read it. No matter what I do it stays stuck there.

    Hi,

Please check if Secure Boot is enabled and CSM is disabled.

Could you take a photo of the BIOS and post it here?

    Thanks.
