I need to change the font of Sender and the Subject line in my Inbox

Our work has just ported over to Outlook 365. I pay a yearly fee for Office 365. The name of the sender is too small and not noticeable enough to differentiate from "read" emails. The subject line is in blue and is also not noticeable enough. I wish I could change these things because I get many emails in a day and I do not open them in order due to the nature of my job. Is there a way to allow the Outlook user to change these two simple things?

    Dear @Robert Hughes,

I completely understand how important it is to quickly distinguish between emails in a busy inbox, especially when your workflow requires you to prioritize messages based on sender and subject rather than simply opening them in order.

At this time, Outlook does not provide a built-in option to independently change the default font size or appearance of the Sender and Subject fields for all messages in the Inbox. However, Outlook does offer Conditional Formatting, which can help certain messages stand out by applying different colors or formatting based on criteria such as the sender or keywords in the subject line.

If you are using classic Outlook, you may have additional formatting options available, including the ability to modify font styles for messages that meet specific conditions. If you are using the new Outlook, customization options are currently more limited.

I understand that this may not fully address your requirement to make sender names and subject lines more visible across your Inbox.
