Scheduling and managing events using Outlook.com calendar
I understand how disruptive it is when Outlook.com changes the times of your calendar events after they are saved.
Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot access your account or calendar settings.
A consistent one-hour change usually indicates that the calendar is displaying a different time zone. Please check the following:
- In Outlook.com, select Settings in the upper-right corner.
- Select Calendar > View.
- Under Time zones, confirm that Display my calendar in time zone is set to your current location and time zone.
- Select Save, refresh Outlook.com, and create a new test event.
Outlook stores calendar times in Coordinated Universal Time and displays them according to the selected calendar time zone, so an incorrect setting can shift the displayed event time. See Manage time zone settings in Outlook.
If the new test event still changes by one hour, please share your expected time zone, computer or mobile device, operating system, and browser, without including any personal account information.
I hope this helps restore the correct times for your calendar events.
