My pc has been crashing randomly, independently of strain on parts or time running, seemingly randomly, ive only started documenting for the last few days.

-Event viewer was always inconclusive, at first it pointed to leftover MalwareBytes files deep in the system calling for inexistant drivers a few months ago, after deleting all MB files, the next few crashes were inconclusive, than pointing to bad ram and/or SSD, both were fine.

-i have deleted leftover files for gpu drivers using the advanced instalation on NvidiaApp not DDU

-Some crashes also seem to corrupt system files, requiring sfc or sometimes DISM to fix. but not always.

-I have a folder with all documentation of the last 1-2 weeks of crashes, but its too big to fit here so instead here is a link to it on dropbox.

How can i start getting Dump files on crash? i have 30gb left on SSD.

What could be causing this? i ran memtest86 for 5-7h (not sure) and it came back clean, CrystalDiskInfo seems fine as well.

    Hi,

Perfect. Please update the BIOS to AJ2; I see it is outdated.

    Hi,

No dump files exist for many reasons. On of it is a defective memory.

    Please supply the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
