Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this. First, confirm whether Windows detects the external drive:

    1. Press Windows key + E, select This PC, and check whether the drive appears there.
    2. If it appears, return to the document and select File > Save As/Save a Copy > Browse > This PC, then select the external drive.
    3. If it does not appear in File Explorer, reconnect it, try another USB port, and connect it directly rather than through a hub.
    4. Right-click Start > Disk Management and check whether the drive is listed. If it is online but has no drive letter, right-click its volume and select Change Drive Letter and Paths > Add. Do not initialize or format it if it contains important files.

Could you please confirm whether the external drive appears under This PC? This information will help determine the appropriate next steps.
