I went through the process of signing up as a student and paying 5.99 a month but when I signed up it said one year free and then 19.99 a month after? can we fix this?

In some cases, eligible students may receive a promotional period, such as a free year, followed by a standard renewal rate, while other student offers provide a discounted monthly subscription.

    If your subscription is showing "1 year free, then $19.99/month" and this does not match the offer you expected when signing up, please reply with a screenshot of the subscription details or renewal page.
