Am i able to receive a refund since my office isn't working?

Hi,

Is this a subscription, such as Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family, or is it a one-time purchase, such as Office Home 2024?

Also, did you purchase it directly from Microsoft or from a third-party seller, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store?

Sign in to the Microsoft account used for the purchase here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Select the subscription, then choose Manage > Cancel subscription.

Once you cancel, any available refund information will be displayed. Please note that it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.
