The best option is to go to the support page for your laptop on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and reinstall (not update) the version of webcam drivers they provide, that will be the most compatible version of the drivers.
If you have any difficulty locating that support page, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
HOW CAN I FIND WEBCAM DRIVERS OF MY LAPTOP. THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS.
I checked the Dell website, if you have a Dell Inspiron 5458, they do not provide a webcam driver separately for your laptop model.
Right click that Snap Camera device and uninstall it.
Then at the top of Device Manager, select 'Action - Scan for new hardware' to check if Windows can find a driver for your webcam.
If that does not resolve the problem, you will need to contact Dell Support on their website to get the requires driver.

If you have backup of drivers reinstall from that. otherwise first check your laptop manufacture and model of your laptop. then from official site download the camera drivers and install. this is the best approach.
