BitLocker recovery site aka.ms/myrecoverykey is not working

Random BIOS update triggerd BitLocker screen on my windows. (Didnt know It was active). I have now tried in 3 different browsers, all incognito, and two different internets to use the aka.ms/myrecoverykey.

I am able to log in, but right after that the page just loops. Im not able to get the keys. I have also tried navigating from https://account.microsoft.com/ but I still end up on the looping white screen.

Were you ever able to retrieve your Bitlocker Key? I'm having the exact same issue with the looping of the website and have been trying for three hours now. I'm very frustrated at this point.

After trying constantly for 7 days and having this same issue.

This work around worked for me.

I may have found a workaround. It worked for me just now.

Go to edge in private browsing.

Then login into the Microsoft accounts page.

Go to security and try to reset your password.

Once successful, go to devices and press the manage bitlocker option

It should open right to the bitlocker keys or at least it did for me. Let me know how it turns out for you guys :)

Many people are reporting this problem when trying to access the BitLocker Recovery Key section of their Microsoft account online.

There is nothing wrong with your computer or browser, this is a server issue that Microsoft needs to fix.

Wait a while and try accessing the BitLocker Key Recovery page again, this is an intermittent problem. it should be accessible soon.
