Request for Review of Microsoft Rewards Catalog for Lebanon

Dear Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am a Microsoft Rewards member from Lebanon and have been actively participating in the Microsoft Rewards program. I currently have approximately 14,869 Rewards points and appreciate the opportunity to earn points through Microsoft services.

However, I have noticed that the redemption catalog available for my region is extremely limited. At the moment, the only available gift card rewards are gaming-related items such as Roblox, League of Legends, Overwatch, and Sea of Thieves.

As a professional who uses Microsoft products for work rather than gaming, these rewards are unfortunately of no practical use to me. I was expecting to see options such as Microsoft Gift Cards or other digital gift cards that would be more relevant to a wider range of users.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is this the complete Rewards catalog currently available for Lebanon?
2. Are additional redemption options, such as Microsoft Gift Cards or other non-gaming rewards, planned for the Lebanese market?
3. Is there any way to access a broader Rewards catalog while remaining fully compliant with Microsoft Rewards policies?

I value the Microsoft Rewards program and hope that more diverse redemption options will become available for users in Lebanon.
