I want to add ******@hotmail.com. This e-mailadres was connected to another Microsoft-account. So I removed it from that other Microsoft account by adding another primary account. Now I want to add it to this Microsoft-account.

    Hi,

No. If that @hotmail.com address was previously an alias for a Microsoft account, it cannot be added to another Microsoft account or even re-added as an alias to the same Microsoft account after it has been removed.

Once an alias is removed, it is permanently deleted and cannot be added back to any Microsoft account.

Microsoft explains this policy here: https://support.microsoft.com/office/add-or-remove-an-email-alias-in-outlook-com-459b1989-356d-40fa-a689-8f285b13f1f2
