    Hello Shivani Mishra

The screenshot shows that Excel is in View Only (Unlicensed) mode and requires an update before it can complete activation.

Here are what you can do:

    1. On the message shown in Excel, select Update now and allow the Office update to finish.
    2. Close all Office applications, restart the computer, and open Excel again.
    3. In Excel, select File > Account > Update License, then sign in using the Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
    4. Sign in to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page and confirm that an active Microsoft 365 subscription that includes the desktop Office apps is listed.
    5. If Excel remains unlicensed, run the Microsoft 365 activation troubleshooter on the affected computer.

Please let me know whether the subscription appears as active under Services & subscriptions after signing in with the same account used in Excel.

Feel free reply back to this post and update me on this issue, I'll be happy to help.
