Hello Shivani Mishra
The screenshot shows that Excel is in View Only (Unlicensed) mode and requires an update before it can complete activation.
Here are what you can do:
- On the message shown in Excel, select Update now and allow the Office update to finish.
- Close all Office applications, restart the computer, and open Excel again.
- In Excel, select File > Account > Update License, then sign in using the Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
- Sign in to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page and confirm that an active Microsoft 365 subscription that includes the desktop Office apps is listed.
- If Excel remains unlicensed, run the Microsoft 365 activation troubleshooter on the affected computer.
Please let me know whether the subscription appears as active under Services & subscriptions after signing in with the same account used in Excel.
Feel free reply back to this post and update me on this issue, I'll be happy to help.
