Can't create a vm on azure

Hello, As it's literally impossible to send a message to microsoft support without seeing an useless AI generated answer, i'm going to ask my question here hoping it will be seen by someone who can help me :) I just resubscribed to azure student, and i have smth like 80€ in credits, but they wont let me create a virtual machine, it says "This size is currently unavailable in this location." for every location and OS/sizes i've tried. I've read online that perhaps microsoft blocked the ability to create vms for me because i juste subscirbed to azure student ? Any help would be greately apreciated, we have an exam with a friend on azure next tuesday.

which are supposed to be allowed in the policy.
Here's the list of available sizes for the vm i try to create (image) and it's the same for all other images

Hi,

Azure for Students restricts which regions you can deploy resources to. Typically you are restricted to five different regions, and these vary for each person.

Please navigate to Azure Policy -- Authoring -- Assignments using link below:

https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Policy/PolicyMenuBlade/~/Assignments

Click on assignment named Allowed resource deployment regions

Examine Allowed locations Parameter value for list of regions, similar to below (regions in screenshot are different than yours):

The regions shown in your Parameter value are the ones you are allowed to deploy resources to. Please try to create resources in one of these regions and let me know the results.

NOTE: There are capacity issues in many regions, and as a result of this there are even more restrictions than there used to be. You may have to try different sizes in order to find one you can successfully deploy.

Hello TP,
Thank you for your answer, i did try to create machines in these regions, i even posted the list of regions available to me in my previous message.
Sadly, no luck there, it did not work :(
I wonder if there could indeed be an activation delay before i'm allowed to create machines as i just resubscribed but it would be surprising ...

Thanks. I apologize for missing that you posted list of regions in your earlier comment. I think I looked at it too quick and mainly just scanned the screenshot.

If you switch to Generation 1 with Standard, are you able to deploy any of the sizes under "Unsupported generation" or "Incompatible with Trusted launch virtual machines" (these are more expensive) in your screenshot?

I changed the vm generation from 2 to 1 and went for a debian bookworm, but i was still unable to chose any size, they are all grey-ed out ...
I also tried to activate the lowest security type (which is standard) but the problem is still here.

Ubuntu versions i've tried to install also have this problem.
