Have a previous case number from the other day. Can't seem to find where to RECONNECT with Microsoft customer service because issue is still happening.

    Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

    Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

    Open the Settings App

    Go to Windows Updates
