Issue: Update Microsoft Rewards gift card catalog for Greece (Electroholic.gr is permanently closed)

Hello Microsoft Q&A Team,

I would like to report an issue with the Microsoft Rewards program for users in Greece. Currently, one of the few gift card options in the Greek Rewards catalog is for electroholic.gr (PII Removed)). This store has permanently closed, making the gift card completely useless. To avoid user confusion and frustration, I kindly suggest removing this option.

I have already contacted Microsoft Rewards support regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response to either inquiry. This is why I am bringing the matter to the Q&A forum in hopes of reaching the right team. I have also requested support in the past and I haven't gotten any answer again.

Why is a defunct gift card still listed in the Microsoft Rewards redemption catalog for Greece, and is there a technical reason or API endpoint that prevents its removal?

Since this has left a gap in our redemption options, it would be extremely appealing to Greek users to add alternatives like skroutz.gr or bestprice.gr. These are the largest and most popular e-shops in Greece. Furthermore, as Skroutz operates in other countries as well, this collaboration could present an opportunity for expansion of the Rewards program beyond Greece.

You're most welcome! You will not receive any response from the feedback option as this is intended to collect suggestions and bug reports.

Your feedback is reviewed internally to improve the Microsoft Rewards service, and the team will be notified about the issue with gift cards in your region. Whether they consider your suggestion is ultimately up to them.

As for reaching out to their Support, it may take a while for them to reply, at least weeks or a month, due to the high volume of support requests they receive daily. Please check your email inbox, junk and spam folders from time to time.

If you haven't received a reply for over a month, you may contact them again for a follow-up on your case:

Lastly, submitting multiple tickets is not recommended, as this may reset your position in the queue and delay a response from the Support.
