I am getting a request to update my payment details everyday.

I have change the card twice now and I am still getting the prompts. How do I stop this happening.

Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, does that stop the annoying notification to update your payment method.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

Surely Microsoft you don't want this to happen. Cannot your accounts team contact me with a solutions This prompt is very annoying and resulted from my bank denying payment. That was corrected and I paid. Now I am getting these very annoying prompts. Cannot someone help PLEASE.

Hi Chris, did you follow the steps to log out of Office, restart your PC and then log back into Office to test if that resolves the problem.

If that did not resolve the problem, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
