Outlook365 for Mac - Attribution of original message - how can i format it

When you select "Custom format..." there's no help for syntax, available fields, etc.

The only thing I've found that works is [NAME] and [DATE].

I'd also like them to be on separate lines, but it just puts them on the same line.

    For the "Attribution of original message" setting in Outlook for Mac, Outlook currently supports custom formatting on a single line only. Therefore, you cannot add multiple lines or apply a multi-line format to this section.
