Cannot compose Emails on Outlook/Hotmail

Cannot compose Email text, and no send, cc, bcc available to use.??

Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help me identify the cause, could you answer these few questions?

Are you using Outlook.com in a web browser, or the Outlook desktop app?
Which browser are you using (Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.)?
When you click New mail, what do you see? ( is it just blank, you cannot find To, Cc, Bcc, or how about an error message)

A screenshot of what appears after clicking New mail would also be very helpful.

I am using Hotmail/Outlook form a laptop PC and sometime from a smartphone

Microsoft edge I believe

Just a blank screen until I've tried again since raising the problem this afternoon. Now seems to be working again after more than a week. Thank you for your help.!!
