My printer will not print, and the yellow light stays on the HP printer.

The yellow light and flashing WiFi indicates the printer has lost the WiFi signal connection to your home router, that is not a Windows problem.

Usually you can use the panel on your printer to set up the WiFi connection on the printer, the steps should be available on the support page for your printer on the manufacturers website.

The yellow light problem usually occurs on a HP Printer, if you have a HP printer, try using the steps they provide on this link.
