Hello, I own Office Home & Business 2021 for Mac. It's in my Microsoft account order history under ******@earthlink.net. Both Word and Excel show Office Home & Business 2021 in About, but Word is prompting me to Activate Microsoft 365 and won't let me create or save documents.

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
