product key is unreadable

I purchased a license for Microsoft Windows Server 2022 from Newegg.com, but the product key was buried under a sticker, and when the sticker came off it took the key with it - so it is now not readable. I have the COA, the item PN, the Carton No ... just need the product key.

Since the key was damaged while removing the sticker, please contact Newegg or the marketplace seller and request a replacement or refund. Keep the packaging, COA, receipt, and photos of the damaged label as proof of purchase. Do not post those details publicly.

Was the item sold and shipped directly by Newegg, or by a third-party marketplace seller?

Was this a physical package or a digital purchase?

Does the key appear anywhere in your Newegg order details or purchase email?

Inasmuch as the product was not purchased from Microsoft, I'm afraid there is nothing we can do. You'll have to deal with the seller.
