Network Solutions is no longer an approved reseller of Microsoft 365. I do not want to lose my emails, history, etc. I cannot reset my password. What do i do?

    Hi @David Sabino

If you still own the Microsoft 365 tenant, the reseller no longer being an approved partner does not automatically mean you lose your Microsoft 365 data. Your emails, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other data remain with your Microsoft 365 tenant as long as the subscription is active.

The immediate priority is to regain Global Administrator access.

    Here are the recommended steps:

    • Try the self-service password reset (SSPR) if it's enabled for your Global Administrator account:
    • Check if another Global Administrator exists in your tenant who can reset your password or assign a new Global Administrator.
    • If you are the only Global Administrator and cannot sign in, contact Microsoft Support to begin the tenant administrator recovery process. Be prepared to verify ownership of the organization (for example, your custom domain ownership, billing information, subscription details, or other proof of ownership).
    • If your Microsoft 365 subscription was purchased through the reseller, you can transfer the subscription to another Microsoft partner or purchase directly from Microsoft after access to the tenant has been restored.

To better understand your situation, could you clarify:

    • Are you unable to sign in because you've forgotten the password, lost your MFA device, or both?
    • Are you the only Global Administrator for the tenant?
    • Do you use a custom domain (for example, @contoso.com) or the default *.onmicrosoft.com domain?
