is it possible to speak to a live tech person

My location services are greyed out and says some of these settings are managed by your organization but this is my personal computer? how can i turn on my location?

    This problem can be caused due to an added work/school account.

    Go to Settings > Accounts > Access work or school

    If there’s any work or school email listed there, click it and select Disconnect, then restart your PC
