Minecraft Realm still expired after TWO payments (PlayStation) - 11 days later, no resolution. Any advice?

I'm hoping someone here has dealt with this before because I'm completely out of ideas.

About 11 days ago, my Minecraft Realm showed as expired, so I renewed the subscription through PlayStation. The payment went through, and we were actually able to play for about an hour before everyone got kicked out. After that, the Realm went right back to showing as expired.

I contacted PlayStation Support, and they confirmed that the subscription is active on their end and that the payment was processed successfully. They told me the issue is on Minecraft's side and that I needed to contact Minecraft Support.

I submitted a support ticket immediately. When they replied asking for additional information, I sent everything they requested the very same day. Since then... nothing. It's now been 11 days, and I haven't received another response.

Thinking maybe the first payment somehow glitched, I even purchased the Realm subscription a second time, planning to request a refund later if that fixed it. Unfortunately, it didn't change anything. My Realm still shows as expired, even though PlayStation shows BOTH my subscription as active.

So now I'm in this situation where:

I've paid twice.

PlayStation says everything is active on their end.

Minecraft still says my Realm is expired.

My support ticket has gone unanswered for days.

I'm essentially losing subscription time for a Realm I can't even use.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there another way to contact Mojang or Microsoft, or anything else I can try while waiting for support to respond?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hello, jennyfer pinder.

Unfortunately, in this case, all that remains is to contact the support services of Minecraft and Microsoft (Xbox) again, so that they quickly find out exactly where the payments were suspended and fix the problem.

To apply to Minecraft, fill out the form on the page https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811 (The form will be displayed after checking for the bot).

The best way to contact Microsoft Xbox is to chat on the page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/game-titles/minecraft-info
