Trouble Accessing Bitlocker Recovery Keys on Microsoft.com

Hi,

I am trying to log in to my account to access my bitlocker recovery key, but every time I try to get on the recovery page using this url https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey there is an endless loop of the page telling me that it is trying to sign me in. Is there something else I need to do to get access to this site?

I’ve tried it using Mozilla, Chrome, and Edge as well. You can see right away that it’s a redirect error—bouncing between Cloudflare, Microsoft, and back again. Try using Edge (since Microsoft trusts it the most), then go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services. There, set "Pop-ups and redirects" and "Intrusive ads" to "Allow."

Then close Edge and reopen it. That worked immediately for me.
