My email address provider is shutting down. i have tried EVERYTHING this Copilot thing says to do. Last thing was sending me here. The only option I have is for an alias, and I do not want an alias. I need 2 completely separate Outlook.com accounts. Every signup link redirects me to a Sign In page. I have tried InPrivate mode and a new browser and cannot reach the Create Account page.

Thank you for any help.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this situation. You can create a new Microsoft account using the following link:

    https://signup.live.com/signup

I recommend opening the link in a private or incognito browser window to prevent the browser from automatically signing you in to another Microsoft account.

Please note that the sign-in and sign-up pages look very similar. The sign-up page may first ask for an email address because you can also create a Microsoft account using an existing third-party address. To create a new Outlook.com or Hotmail.com address instead, enter your preferred username, and then choose one of the available Microsoft email domains.
