Who can verify my student email before I buy a laptop for the back to school 2026 promo?

I got an email from Microsoft saying “Shop the ultimate college bundle and save $500+” upon reading everything I found the laptop I want that’s eligible HP OmniBook 3 16-inch (Intel Core Ultra 7 255U). It does say that after I purchase it I can enter my edu email address to see if qualifies for the promo. I don’t want to buy it to end up getting a message saying I’m not eligible. I’ve been going in circles with the contacts us and there’s no option for this, no email and no phone. Who can help me know if my edu email from AWC is eligible for this promo?
