After the free 365 subscription, I did not resubscribe to 365 because I did not have money in my account. I tried to turn off the autosubscription, but because I didn't have funds in my account, the option was already off. but after a couple of days, when i got some money in my account, automatically the annaul fee for the 365 subscription was deducted from account even though till noe the resubscription button is still turn off. I have tried to contact PayPal to get my money back, but I have not received any money till now. Is there any easy option available to get a refund directly from Microsoft? Regards
