To help narrow down the cause, could you answer these questions?

Which version of Microsoft Word are you using? (Microsoft 365, Office 2021, Office 2019)

Does this happen with all Word documents, or only one specific document?

Can other applications can print or save as PDF successfully?
When you click Print or Save as PDF, what exactly happens? Word freezes or shows "Not Responding" or you receive an error message

I am using Microsoft 365.

Not Word, nor Excel is printing as it used to, not even physical prints with my printer.

Once I click on "save as" or "print", the app freezes and after a while, it states "Word/Excel is not responding".

After noticing neither app was printing, I decided to uninstall Microsoft 365 and then install it again. Problem solved. Thxs!
