Hello,

I have already scheduled my Microsoft DP-700 certification exam through Pearson VUE.

After completing the booking, I noticed that the name on my exam registration is:

Abdullah Samir Zahran

However, my official government-issued Egyptian National ID, which I will use for identity verification on exam day, shows my legal name as:

Abdullah Samir Mahmoud Abdelhamid

I am concerned that this mismatch may prevent me from taking the exam.

Could you please advise me on how to update my registered name so that it exactly matches my government-issued ID before my exam appointment?

You can update your Legal name on your Microsoft Learn profile under Settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings
