So on the bing mobile app, whenever I put media in fullscreen, a message pops up on the bottom of my screen, saying "You are in fullscreen mode. Please be aware of the content". And the message doesn't go away unless I hit the exit button on it. How do I get rid of this message without pressing the button & being forced out of fullscreen. (Happening on a google pixel 9 with Android os for extra context.)Screenshot_20260730-103338

    Welcome Kabloom,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Based on your description, this appears to be related to how the Bing mobile app handles fullscreen media playback on Android rather than a content-specific issue.

    Please try the following:

    • Update the Bing app from the Google Play Store to ensure you have the latest version.
    • Go to Android Settings > Apps > Bing > Storage & cache, then clear the app cache.
    • Restart the Bing app and test fullscreen mode again.
    • Test using Bing InPrivate mode
      • Open Bing
      • Start an InPrivate session
      • Check whether the banner still appears

If the issue persists, I recommend submitting feedback through the Bing app by navigating to Profile > Feedback. This will ensure your feedback reaches the appropriate team for further investigation and improvement.

Thank you for helping improve the Bing experience.
