When I type my name at to box, below suggest

The most common cause for this is a bad entry in your Suggested People/Autocomplete Cache (a history of names and emails that you have used in the past).

First thing to try - Do you have a Contact entry in your People/Contacts for yourself? If not, create one using your full name and email address. (When you type on the "To" line, Outlook first looks in your Contacts for a match and only if it can't find one does it search your Suggested People/Autocomplete Cache). So this may "mask" the bad entry.

If that doesn't work, you can try clearing your Suggested People/Autocomplete Cache.

Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue. Could you please share a screenshot showing what happens when you type the email address?

Please hide the username portion of the email address and leave only the domain visible, along with the result or message you see.

Also, please confirm whether this is happening on Outlook.com in a web browser or in the Outlook desktop or mobile app.

Once you share these details, I’ll be able to better understand the issue and guide you with the next steps.
