All my games crash now

Question

All my games now crash on start-up or while running. this is for every game whether steam, epic, Microsoft or stand alone. all my drivers are up to date, windows is updated, all game files have been verified with integrity checks. this problem seemly came from nowhere about 3 weeks ago. I didn't do anything different. old games crash, new games crash everything crashes. The only thing i can seem to do is watch Youtube and use internet.
