Hi

My microsoft account has recently been hacked and everything was already changed... I am not sure how to get my Account back.

Is there any possbility to get my Account back?

If none of the steps work, I’m sorry to say that since the username has already been changed to a different one, it means the account has been taken over by the hacker. There is no way to recover it, and it is now unfortunately lost.

Unfortunately i have tried every link possible.... With no success... Is it possible to request a deletion of that account?

I have also found out the email of the hacker if that helps by any means.

If you are unable to recover the account, you will not be able to delete it either, as deleting a Microsoft account requires you to sign in first.

If you have a bank card or any payment method linked to that account, I recommend contacting your bank immediately so they can help prevent any unauthorized charges. Also, if you have other online accounts linked to that email address, such as banking, shopping, or social media accounts, update their sign-in email address and passwords as soon as possible to help secure them.

I have one last question... My Outlook Account was connected to my Gmail Account... But fortunately, my Gmail wasn't hacked. Will the hacker still be able to access new incoming mails in Outlook?

I have one last question... I used my Gmail Account as the login alias. Fortunately Gmail Account was not hacked. But my Outlook Account was connected to my Gmail Account... Will the hacker still be able after changing the Email etc... to access new incoming Mails from the Gmail address because they were connected?

To clarify, your Gmail account and Outlook account both connected to the hacked email address as an alias?

Are you refering to the Gmail account itself?

Yes the Gmail Account itself i think. I was able to access my Gmail mails/messages through Outlook because i there was a possibility to connect the Gmail Account with Outlook so you can view Mails from Gmail on Outlook.

No. If your Gmail account itself was not compromised, the hacker cannot access your new incoming Gmail emails simply because it was connected to your Microsoft account.

However, I strongly recommend changing your Gmail password as a precaution, enabling two-factor authentication if you haven't already.
