how do i activate my touchpad mouse? i cant get it to work.

    Hi,

    What is the make and model of your device?

    In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

    Please share a screenshot of that window.

    When was touchpad mouse work properly on your device? Are you using Windows 10 or 11?

    In the meantime, please check the following:

    • Press the touchpad shortcut key on your keyboard (often Fn + one of the F1–F12 keys with a touchpad icon).
    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Touchpad (Windows 11) or Settings > Devices > Touchpad (Windows 10), and make sure the touchpad is turned On.
    • Open Device Manager and expand Mice and other pointing devices or Human Interface Devices. Check whether the touchpad is listed or if there is a device with a yellow warning icon.

    You did not list your device. However, you might try going to cPanel > Programs > Windows Features then check your tablet input settings.
