How to fix the Brightness control setting considering it has been disabled?

Dynamic Lighting allows you to control and synchronize lighting effects across compatible devices, such as keyboards, mice, speakers, CPU coolers, etc....with LED lighting. You can adjust the brightness of supported Dynamic Lighting devices from this page. (Personalization > Dynamic Lighting)

To adjust the brightness of your built-in display, go to Start > Settings > System > Display > Brightness.

The Brightness slider on the Display page controls the brightness of your built-in display only and does not affect peripherals managed through Dynamic Lighting.

Please let me know whether you're unable to adjust the brightness of your built-in display or the external LED/RGB devices that are controlled through the Dynamic Lighting feature.

A disabled brightness control is usually caused by outdated or incorrect display drivers, monitor settings, or Windows configuration. Try updating or reinstalling your graphics and monitor drivers through Device Manager, install the latest driver from your GPU manufacturer's website, and run Windows Update. If you're using an external monitor, adjust the brightness using the monitor's built-in controls, as Windows often cannot control external display brightness. Restarting the Display Enhancement Service or your PC may also resolve the issue.
