Appeal for revoked PL-300 exam (OnVUE) - Voucher replacement request

Hello,

I am writing to formally appeal the revocation of my PL-300 exam, which took place today via OnVUE.

During the exam, I needed to reach for a piece of clothing to put on. To strictly follow the rules and maintain full transparency, I made sure to stay completely within the webcam's field of view the entire time. I did not leave my seat, nor did I look away or access any unauthorized materials.

Unfortunately, the proctor misinterpreted this action and abruptly terminated my exam. I did not receive any warning or a case number prior to the cancellation.

Since I used a Microsoft voucher for this exam, I kindly request a review of my session recording. The footage will clearly prove that there was no policy violation or academic dishonesty on my part.

Could you please assist me in opening an investigation with Pearson VUE and helping me secure a replacement voucher so I can reschedule my exam?
