Hello Support, after installing the latest Windows 11 update, the hibernate function only shuts down my Surface Pro. I have tried every troubleshooting step I could find, but the issue still isn’t resolved.
Tried disabling and enabling hibernate using powercfg but no use. No option of fast startup also.

    Hello Salman,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

The status show that hibernate is available, so the problem could come from what actually happens after the hibernate.

Before we proceed further, can you please go to the Command Prompt (admin) and type powercfg /lastwake and press Enter. And after trying another cycle, can you please type powercfg /sleepstudy and let me know the results?

Also, may I know if you have tried to update the Surface firmware yet? Microsoft does have update to firmware that helps with this issue.

    I'm waiting for your reply.
