Pinter has no driver and cannot connect bluetooth even that there is internet as I am working on my laptop from it

I use my Epson E3150 every time I am at my holiday home every 6 weeks and I have problems connecting to it, as it does not appear on my printer list. Going to control panel it say that it has not pinter driver. Please assits, Also cannot connect the WiFi to the bluetooth printer

Is it Epson E3150 or Epson L3150?

Try downloading this package and installing. Let me know if the problem resolves.

Additionally, when the printer is missing,

1. Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
2. Run the following command to check the status of the Print Spooler service:

      sc query spooler
