I have been through the support system about 50 times. I’m yet to speak to a human. However that’s not the key issue.

I have broken my laptop and am trying to access the documents. I took my laptop to a PC repair shop and he needs my bit Recovery key, I go to access this and I’m stuck in a trying to sign you in and an authentication sign in loop so the page with the key actually doesn’t load. Can someone possibly help me.

Hi, similar issues have been reported lately, Here we are not the support with access to any accounts.

But in this thread Emily shared a possible workaround. It is in French, please translate using the browser if you must.

Important info, it seems server sided, so a reset or any repair on Windows will not succeed with getting you to the page with the key.

Also it is told that engineers are made aware and there is a feedback option to select high severity.User's image

Also some stated that repeated tries lead randomly to success reaching the page with the info.
