Unable to activate MS office 365 on android pad

Every time i open a word or excel document through the app, i get a banner asking to activate copilot 365 for 1 month trial, altough i have a valid subscription in MS 365. It seems that my subscription has not been registered or activated by MS

Please go to the Microsoft Services & Subscriptions page here: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with your Microsoft account.

*Please take a screenshot of the page and upload it here for reference.

Important: make sure you hide your personal email address before uploading the screenshot.

This will help me determine whether you have an Office 365 Personal or Family subscription, or a classic plan.

Even if you have an Office 365 classic plan which does not include Copilot AI features, you should be able to edit documents and files in the Office apps on your Android tablet.

Are you having trouble editing the files there?

Have you tried signing out of your account from the Office apps and signing in again?

If not, try reinstalling the Office apps on your tablet and then see whether you get the same error again.

I have uninstall and reinstalled both word and co pilot app I have also sign out and then sign then again Im still facing the same problem every time I get a window that says subscribe to co-pilot try for one month for free. Still unable to edit the word documents. I have attached a screenshot of my account as well.

Unfortunately, I cannot see any screenshots here. Meanwhile, try this solution and see if it works.

Open Android system settings and go to the Apps section.

Locate Microsoft Word in the list of installed apps, then tap Clear app data and Clear app cache.

Repeat the same steps for the Microsoft Copilot app.

Then restart your Android device and remove these apps from the recent apps list.

Once that’s done, relaunch Microsoft Word and sign in with your Microsoft account.
