Hi there!
I got a new laptop in China and found it has a Windows 11 CoreCountrySpecific Home edition. Because of that, I cannot change the system default language to others than Simplified Chinese. I am looking for an upgrade from this country specific home edition to Win 11 Professional muitilingual edition. What should I do to get the right Pro edition?

It is quite possible you will need to clean install Windows 11 Pro to wipe the Single Language Home edition.
Pro is the more expensive edition so you could clean install Home edition but if there is a licence embedded in the bios it may try to install Single Language again.

As per checking, Windows 11 CoreCountrySpecific Home (China edition) is locked to Simplified Chinese and cannot be upgraded directly to a multilingual edition, so you will need to purchase a separate license for Windows 11 Pro.
Once purchased, this allow you to move from the restricted China‑specific Home edition to the full multilingual Pro edition, but it requires purchasing the correct Pro license rather than a simple upgrade key.
