I cannot find my BitLocker Key although my device show us up. It only says: This device does not have BitLocker keys backed up in Entra ID

Hello Microsoft Support,

I need help accessing my Microsoft account and checking whether my BitLocker recovery key is stored there.

I received a Microsoft account security notification saying security info was recently added to the account mj*****@outlook.com. I need to confirm whether this was legitimate and secure the account if necessary.

I am locked out of my Windows laptop because it is asking for a BitLocker recovery key. I have been stuck for about three weeks. I need help recovering access to my Microsoft account so I can check the BitLocker recovery key page.

Based on the details you shared, it is very likely that your Microsoft account has been compromised, especially since new security information was recently added without your action.

Please try recovering your Microsoft account using the official recovery form:

https://account.live.com/acsr

You can submit the form once every 24 hours.

Microsoft will review the information you provide and usually responds within 24 hours.

This is the only way to regain access to your Microsoft account and check the BitLocker recovery key page.
