Unable to access my certificate after passing AI-300

Question

Hello Microsoft Support,

I passed AI-300 – Operationalizing Machine Learning and Generative AI Solutions on 28 July 2026.

My Learn profile shows:

• Certification: Microsoft Certified: Machine Learning Operations Engineer Associate
• Certification Number: D54418-FF5N0A

However, when I click the certification, it redirects me to the registration page instead of showing my certificate. I am unable to download or print my certificate.

Please help restore access to my certificate.
