Can't access bitlocker recovery key

I am attempting to access my Bitlocker recovery key for one of my computers in order to do an offline Microsoft antivirus scan as the computer has a virus. From another computer I log into my Microsoft account, select the device I need to work on, and then click on Manage Recovery Key for that device. It keeps attempting to go to the proper link/page but just keeps spinning indefinitely/is unable to go to whatever link it is trying to go to. I have tried it 2 days in a row thinking is an issue with the Microsoft site but no luck. Any assistance is appreciated.

    Hi, good day!

Since you're able to sign in to your Microsoft account, this may be a temporary issue with Microsoft's Recovery Key page. Other users have also reported similar behavior.

For now, I'd recommend trying again later. You can also try opening the Recovery Key page in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, as some users have found that this works.

If the issue continues, please submit feedback through the Feedback Hub app or use Report a problem if you're on the website so Microsoft is notified. The more reports they receive, the more visibility the issue gets.
