new android. Cant sign into microsoft without authenticator. Authenticator also needs authenticator.

Trying \to get it to send code to phone. no idea where those codes are going, certainly not to messages

Authenticator on one attempt asked me to solve a puzzle to prove human. cant get into the puzzle

What am I supposed to do with this lot? lol

So that I can try and help you with this question, please can you answer a few questions:

Have you still got your old phone?

Have you used the restore method to move your accounts from the old phone to the new phone (detailed here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/authenticator/restore-account-credentials-from-microsoft-authenticator#tabpanel_1_android)?

Are these personal Microsoft account's or work/school accounts?
