Microsoft office 365 shared by family

Hi,

I have purchased new laptop and one year i subscribed MS office and recently expired. My husband having Office 365 family subscription. He provided sharing subscription, i activated. But unable to work on any MS office products and getting error message " Your subscription expired". Please help

    Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this. Please open any Microsoft 365 app, such as Word or Excel, and go to File > Account.

    Under Product Information, verify that the email address shown is the same address with which the subscription was shared. Then select Update License and follow the prompts. Afterward, restart the Microsoft 365 app and check whether the subscription is recognized correctly.
