    Hi Sharon Poulin,

I understand you're unable to sign in because the PIN is locked and the PC currently has no internet connection.

If this is a Microsoft account and the device was previously connected to the internet, please check whether you can sign in using your account password instead of the PIN:

    1. On the sign-in screen, select "Sign-in options".
    2. Choose the password icon (if available).
    3. Enter your Microsoft account password.

If you can sign in with the password, reconnect the device to the internet and then reset the PIN from "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Sign-in options" > "PIN (Windows Hello)".

If the password option is not available, please let me know whether you are using a Microsoft account or a local account, as the available recovery options differ for each account type.

Note: Please follow the steps in our documentation to enable e-mail notifications if you want to receive the related email notification for this thread.
